Making the transition from school to university 

Difference between university than school
- Class are bigger
- Students need to making their own class schedule
- Students need to taking note by their own
- Less contact with lecturer
- Fewer hour class time
- Not all information that related to course are in the textbook
- More group projects
- Time management are really important

Characteristics of successful students

1. Accept responsibility ; Accept the consequences of your own behavior and fix it by yourself.

2. Believe in yourself ; Have faith and don’t let fear stop you from trying new things.

3. Thinking broadly ; See problem as challenges rather than taking a narrow view.

4. Good time management ; spent time well on specific activities.

Use learning styles to echance performance 

1. What are learning styles
  - The best way students use on their studies to easy retains information.

2. Types of learning style
 - visual ; prefer using pictures and images
 - aurol ; prefer using sound and music
 - verbal ; prefer using words

3. Why is learning styles important
- easier to understand what we learn
- to achieve the best of your ability
- reflecting on ways that you prefer to learn

Get motivated to learn

- be clear about why you want to achieve your goals
- understand the topic, don’t just memorise it
- study in a group
- think of what you will achieve
