What is time?
Time is the measure of duration of events in the past, present and future.
1. Why time management is important ;
- to achieve something you want in a shorter period of time
- reduce stress
- feel calmer and more in control
2. How to organized time and task
1. Fixed commitment Calendar 📆
- To write down things you do each day and the same time
- Starting from Monday to Sunday from 6AM until 4AM
2. Job Task Analysis
- Job task analysis is the analysis of how a job task is accomplished including task description, importance scale and task frequency.
3. Prioritized Task List
- Write down task list by divided to high priority tasks, medium priority tasks, low priority tasks and additional tasks
